Our 1827 stone manor has been curated to evoke a place of gracious European country living for our guests. Join us for a hands-on cooking class and culinary experience unique to Eastern Ontario. Cook in a state-of-the art chef’s home kitchen and enjoy the fruits of your labour in our beautiful courtyard – a true escape to the country. Half day options – join a scheduled class or gather friends and family for a private class. Our All-Day Culinary Adventure offers you the full day experience – shopping the markets and farms in the morning for ingredients before heading back to the Maison for your private class.
